Due to the very nature of natural stone tiles it recommended that 10% of the net area in extra material is ordered to cover breakages, cuts and wastage. In light of this Marbleous Works reserve the right to not refund up to 10% of damaged goods and ask that these tiles are used for the cuts in your project. It is at the sellers discretion to waiver this clause.
Given the customization and general nature of our products, we do not accept returns, and we cannot refund for shipping costs either to or from a customer location.
Should an issue arise, please contact us to discuss the circumstances. In special situations, arrangements may be negotiable, for example, involve a 25% re-stocking fee plus any/all transport costs associated with the transaction, if applicable.

Shipping Terms & Delivery Conditions
The transportation cost is approximately 14 USD per mile for 1,000 sq ft of 1.25-inch-thick pavers.
In that case, the customer must have a forklift and pallet jack on-site to unload the delivery truck upon arrival at the jobsiteng rate for you.
