Due to the natural characteristics of stone pool coping, it is recommended that an additional 10% of the net required quantity be ordered to account for breakage, cuts, corner details, and installation waste. In light of this, Marbleous Works reserves the right not to refund up to 10% of damaged goods and requests that these pieces be used for cuts and fitting adjustments around the pool perimeter. This clause may be waived at the seller’s discretion.
Given the customized and natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns, and shipping costs—whether to or from the customer’s location—are non-refundable. Should an issue arise, please contact us to discuss the circumstances. In exceptional cases, alternative arrangements may be considered, such as a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable transportation costs.
Unsure how much pool coping to order?
- Measure the total linear footage around the pool perimeter.
- It is recommended to include an additional 10% for waste, cuts, and reserve.
- Alternatively, send us your pool dimensions and photos, and we will calculate the required quantity for you.
Shipping Terms & Delivery Conditions
Transportation costs for 1.25-inch-thick pool coping are estimated at approximately USD 14 per mile, based on a shipment of 1,000 linear feet. In such cases, the customer must have a forklift and pallet jack available on-site to unload the delivery truck upon arrival at the jobsite.
Whenever available, liftgate service will be included for residential deliveries.
If liftgate service is not available in your area, we will provide a quote without it. In this situation, the customer must ensure that a forklift and pallet jack are available on-site for unloading.
